I ordered a pattern to be sent via email. When I tried to access it, I was told that there was a problem with my spam filter (I had just successfully downloaded a different pattern with the same company), and I should email proof of payment to a supplied address. This I did, three times, and wrote to several other addresses. I have not received the courtesy of a reply. It is not a matter of money, or even the download problem, but it is frustrating to send out many requests and not make contact with anyone. I even filled out a BizRate questionnaire making complaints, I've not heard from you either. I am very dissapointed, and would urge you to contact Bead Pattern Central, if you can, and let them know they have a very dissatisfied customer. I've dealt with them before several times without incident. I have no idea why this is suddenly such a problem.
