Accepted Payment, Never Shipped Order, Never Refunded Money, After 5 Months This Woman Has my Money and I have nothing

In May I ordered $106.20 worth of merchandise from Ready To Bead. The money was immediately removed from my account. Five months later I have received nothing but aggravation. I have repeatedly emailed the owner, Sherry Wayt, only to be told my order was in the mail. However, no tracking information is available.

I have been promised a refund which, also, has never arrived.
