Well, I've been taking care of our son for 2 years without any child support. She is supposed to have supervised visitation every other week for an hour and she has yet to set that up. She hasn't seen our son for 6 months. When we were together I was working midnights and while I was at work she would ask people to watch our son while she went out to the bar. Sometimes there would be no babysitter at all. Her "guy friends" would stop by and visit or take her out while I was working to support our family. Turns out, yes she was cheating on me while my son was home in his crib (disgusting). On 2 different occasions she burned our son with lit cigarettes, once on the arm and once on the face. Less than a week after the 2nd burn she was on the phone and he walked outside and fell down the steps causing nasty cuts and scrapes all over his head (cement steps and porch).
Michelle owes me over $5,000 in child support and works as a waitress at Logans Roadhouse @ 14 mile & John R in Troy. She laughs and tells me that even with my income withholding order in effect, I'll never get more than her paycheck from Logans because she makes 90% of her money in tips.
