Patrick Foster owes $21,196.84 in back child support for his two children. He works under the table and has no assets in his name, so he cannot have anything attached. He lives in Elkton, Maryland and I live in Delaware and interstate cooperation regarding child support enforcement is not very good. He has not paid regular support the entire 9 years since the order was established yet I have been good about letting him see the kids (mostly because I don't want them to know what a loser their father is). They have no idea he is a deadbeat but they do know that we are struggling financially. Hopefully, people that know him will read this and maybe shame him into doing what is right!
