I recently received a package of unsolicited books from Bottom Line Books and an attached bill for 40.95. An internet search soon led me to the Ripoff website and very helpful information regarding a solution. I suggest that anyone who is experiencing a problem with this company do an internet search using the words: these words will take you to a 2007 Ripoff post, then follow the posters directions. This is an example of Negative Option Marketing which is not illegal, but certainly should be. Perhaps most important is Beware of any advertising that uses the word FREE. Good luck
