Called and threatened my mother, then contacted me and said a warrant will be issued forme and my husband

My mother was threatened to be sent to jailed if not given any information on my whereabouts. Then after contacteing me told me my husband and myself will have warrants issued if not paid a total of $475.00 that was taken from a payday day loan company in October and never received. I did send $237.00 because they threatened to contact my employer.
