I was visiting a medical site looking for information about Thyroids. I printed out some information and two days later I received some books from "Bottom Line Books" billing me for $50. I never requested any information nor did i give them my name and address. This is a rip-off because there was no contact phone# or return address, only a P.O. Box. I will be returning the books because I usually print out my receipt when ordering over the internet. I hope other victims will see this complaint and join to expose these fraudulent companies.
