Bottom Line Books After my bill was payed, I'm still being billed and threaten about additional collection will result automatically

I submitted my payment for the books I ordered from Bottom Lines Books. I can proved that the money order i used for the the payment has been cashed for payment. So why i'm I still being billed for the books that have been payed for?
