I paid Check # 5060 for $41.75 on 05/02/07—Yet Bottom Line Books Sent another bill for the same amount

Bottom Line Books, Des Moines IA is forever scratched at this household!

I paid for the book I ordered by check [#5060]—said check has cleared. I.E. Bottom Line Books has been paid - I have the proof! Yet, the undersigned continues to receive additional bills for the exact amount, heretofore listed.

The undersigned will not tolerate any futher nuisance and harassment originating from the aforementioned.

My time is too valuable to be spent squabbling with Bottom Line Books over their apparent unethical practices.

If Bottom Line Books remains persistent, they'll be supoenaed to appear in Court in_where % will seek retribution for damages incurred.
