Dirty ripoff dogs

Phase4orthotics charged my account $189.20 on Dec. 26. I had cancelled my 4 pairs order on Nov.
On Jan. 6 I received 6 pairs and was charged for 8 pairs the totals $134.60 plus the shipping & handling for $54.60.
