I purchased 4 pairs of what I thought would be real Toms shoes from Wholesale.Biz. I received two pairs in the mail with one pair in the wrong size. I emailed them about the other two pairs and they informed me that they would refund me. They told me they could not do it through Moneybookers which is the company that did the transaction. Then they said they would do it through PayPal but have not done so because of currency issues. Then they wanted my ban account number to wire me money. I have not received anything from them and they are now not responding to any of my emails.
