Phase4orthotics
Ripoff, they cashed my check for $69.80 on 5/17, the check was dated 5/4/04, never got goods

Sent check #802 for three pairs of orthotics, mens size 12. The check was dated 5/4/04 and was deposited by Phase4 on 5/17. Check was in the sum of 69.80. After not receiving the orthotics I called and was told they shipped on 7/14. This is end of Sept. And nothing has arrived to this date. I believe
I've been ripped off!
