I ordered coving and pool pad from pooldeals.com at the end of august. Received both but the coving wasn't going to work as there were only 11 pieces and we needed 19. My pool guy installed the liner so I wanted to return the coving. I was disappointed to see that I wouldn't get a credit on my visa, however I could get pooldeal credit. I thought I would find something else to order on their site so I adjusted to that idea. The 25% reduction in credit for "processing" the return was a little ridiculous but my hands are tied. I don't need $70 of coving. Pool Deals policy for returns requires you to request and "RMA" number online. There are no available phone numbers on their site so I filled out the online request... To no avail.
No one responded to me and I have filled out 3 forms online over the last couple of weeks. From reading other usacomplaints.com on this company, I can see I probably won't get any pool deal "credit". I will make sure everyone I work with know about this company (over 100k employees see the company bulletin board). I guess I should have did ripoff research before ordering from this company.
