I ordered a pool liner from this company on 5/4. My credit card was charged on 5/7. I did not receive my order or any response to my inquiries by 5/17.
I reported this to the BBB, they sent complaint (5/18) to this company. Mr. Goss sent reply that if my order had not been shipped, I would have money returned within 72 hrs.
It is 5/26- no liner, and no return of my money. If this is the busy season, or there is problems with the supplier Mr. Goss should make this known to the customers. I am very disappointed and would much rather have a liner than have to seek legal action.
