I ordered a pool liner, salt water chlorinator, and a winter cover in june. Two weeks later I got my cover and chlorinator. When I got on there and checked it out there was one tracking number, so it said that it had shipped.
I emailed them several times and called, there was a number on box. I got one reply that said that order shipped. I tryed to get a ra number to return the other stuff cause I wouldn't get to use it I could not afford another liner at that time. I got no reply from these people at all.
My credit card company did get refund for liner minus shipping charges after two months.in meantime the sides of pool collapsed from wind, and summer is over. I really have a mess for next year. I did get the sides of pool back up as long as they stay all winter. This was a very stressfull summer.
