I ordered a pool liner from pools deal (DPD) I keep getting e-mails stating that my credit card was declined, but when I called my credit card they say pooldeal charged me twice for the pool liner. I have been emailing the company, and they give you no response. I wrote to them to cancel my order and no response. I really think I am not getting my liner and I think the company is a fraud. I have been calling th 800 number and you can never get noone. I called early in the morning thinking I would get someone and they say they have a heavy call volume and they can only be reached by email. Well surprise they can't be reached by email because you get no response. I'm just worried because I got charged for a product I haven't received. I guess I was the one who got wet without a liner.
