Website provided information that Frank Beardsley sold property to Paul R. Johnston and Lynn Johnston. He was deceased at the time of the sale so this means that his Estate sold the properties. The Probate Court has not provided any other names of heirs but mine and Robert Beardsley. From records available, it appears that $175,000 is missing from the personal property of Frank Beardsley.
The Executor, Robert Beardsley, has said he is not going to find out about the property.
Robert is being asked to reconsider his decision and an update will follow — or further disclosures about his attempt to secure information on two releases which were reviewed by a real estate attorney here and for which have a two witnesses that they were both for the same property. The attempt to secure two signatures continued and so I need to know that this had nothing to do with selling property which I inherited and was not disclosed.
