I placed an order for a wallet online and was sent an email stating that my item would be mailed but no date or tracking number. I paid using PayPal so my money was already taken out of my account. I emailed the contact email that was posted on site but didn't get a response. I tried to call the customer service number but kept getting a recording - of all the times I tried at varying hours through the day - there was never a live person to talk to. I finally got an email promising that the money would be sent mack. That was 3 months ago. An email was sent a month ago promising that the check would be in the mail the next day but there was nothing. This web site offers high priced items so you will lose a lot of money. I have been trying to get my money refunded but have been unsuccessful and it is very frustrating when I can not contact anybody.
