Healthy Right Now - Bexatrol
No response to email, no way other than email to contact

I purchased Bexatrol for my husband on 7/22. I paid a total of $98.90 via paypal. I received NOTHING from "Healthy Right Now" - no invoice - no receipt.in the description of the product, it stated that the product would be shipped via priority mail. I don't think it takes 16 days to ship priority mail.

I had emailed healthy right now (because the phone number is ONLY for new orders - there is no customer service phone number) several times.
They ONLY responded to me today, AFTER I filed a dispute with paypal - because I haven't received the product.

So, today, the email I get says that the product is on backorder and will arrive at my house by NEXT Tuesday. It is safe to say that I don't trust this - if it was on backorder - why didn't they email me before today?
I have requested that my order be cancelled and I be refunded the entire amount of $98.90 since they didn't incur any shipping charges.

I will continue to fight Healthy Right Now with Paypal and ultimately my credit card company, if it is not refunded.
