After 45 days ASC - Sea Corals has still not shipped my items or refunded my money. I purchased two items from this company. A few days later I received an email from them stating that one of the items was not in stock. I asked for a refund but instead received several threatening emails stating that I hadn't paid for the item. Not only had I paid but I sent them the PayPal transaction number and details. It was pretty obvious that they were trying to scam me out of the money I paid.
A week later I sent a follow-up email asking why I hadn't been refunded yet and received an email response from them stating that they considered my email as "harassment" and to "stop bothering them". Not only was I very professional in for correspondence but it was a simple and legitimist question. I have since opened a complaint through PayPal and not surprising I just received an email from PayPal that the company is not responding to PayPal's inquires.
Obviously I will never again do business with this company but I feel compelled to share my experience with others so that they don't end up in a similar situation. It's downright criminal what they are doing!
