They suck

I have been a customer with Cashcall for over a year. I borrowed money from them thinking, it was going to solve my financial problems. I have been sick and progressively getting worse. I have had my 17th surgery in May. I called ahead of time and asked for a deferment, because I had been out of work for 5 weeks. They denied me. I moved my payment by 15 days, because I did not have the funds. I then called them and cancelled my payment because my expenses with my surgery had caught up with me and with me being out of work, I just did not have it. I was treated horribly. Up to this point, I have been a great customer. Always making my payment. They refused to work with me and talked to me really just Tacky! Well, since they automatically pull my payments, they had my checking information, they decided to pull a payment anyway. I called and told them the money was not there, they said they did not care, I needed to make my payment. It overdrew my account, bouncing checks, accruing fees, etc... Then 7 days later they decided they would pull another payment. I called them again and told them not to, almost in tears. I was already overdrawn at the bank, thanks to them, they said it was done, I said I did not authorize it, they said, they had my banking account info, they could do whatever they wanted to. After pulling the 2nd payment and sucking my whole paycheck, I could not pay bills, buy my medicine, buy food or anything. My bank would not do anything. (I am changing banks too) Cashcall emailed me and offered me a deferment. Which took almost a week to get processed and about 6 calls, because it was no ones Job to process it.

I would not recommend anyone to do business with this company. I regret that I did. I cannot wait until the day comes I get them paid off. I am often reminded when the commercial for Walgreens comes on about living in Perfect comes on. That's where all the employees of Cashcall live. They do not believe in things happening to you. They do not believe that the economy is bad and people are having a tough time. Please, if I can help just 1 person. This company is a BAD idea. They put you in a worse situation than you are already in, don't do it.

Be more compassionate. Understand things happen. Do not set you standards for deferment so high no one can obtain a deferment. Do not treat your customers like dirt, we keep you in business, things happen! I would like to see them waive my lc's on those payments and they pay my overdraft fees for those 2 payments, but then again, I know I don't live in Perfect.
