I have been harrassed for being late on a payment, even though I had always paid ontime. I had a banking mishap that made my cashcall payment not go through. I had a guy yelling at me, why did I let this happen, and then he began to explain to me how to handle my finances. That cashcall should be my first priority, it should be more important than my rent, utility bills, or even medical bills.

I have also had some late payment with a late payment fee attached to it. That is fine with me, but cashcall will try to collect on that at any time and will not notify you that the charge is going to get pushed through your bank account, which if your balance is not high enough will cause the payment not to go through, your bank charging you a fee, and cash call charging you a fee.
