Pella Windows And Doors
Cannot get the customer service people on the phone or to call back. Window not working properly

Had 18 windows and two doors installed by Lowe's three months ago. One window is very hard to open. Was told to contact Pella directly for them to order new springs for window. Cannot get them to call me back or to talk directly with anyone past the lady who answers the phone.

Tried calling Customer Service Supervisor Bill Ripperton and he also will not answer phone or call back.

Would like for this window to open properly.
