Please do not trust merchant warehouse. I have been dealing with them for a month and everything was fine. Customer make payment then the forward funds to my account in 2 day. Well one day, i notice i stop recieving payment, so i called in and they told me it was and error and payments will resume the next day,
Well the next day they started withdrawing funds from my account. I called them and they stated that it was mistake and it will be put back in the next morning. Well the next morning $2000 was withdrawn from my account. So i called them and they stated i need to talk to someone in risk management, but they couldn't tell me why.
For 2 weeks i called left voice mail and they never answered and never called back. I called clints service and ask for the nummber to franks department and when i called all i got was voice mail. Till this day no one has called me. Apparently he is the only one who can help me, but they claim they have hundereds of employees. I have emailed and i never get a reply. They are hold $4000 of my customer funds that i cannot refund.
They have really hurt my business to the point i dont know what i will be able to do. I almost got arrest for fraud because one of my customer, called my local police department and told me i had 2 days to refund all my customer or i am going to jail. I explain to him but the detective didnt understand. So i had to call merchant warehouse on conference call with the detective so he could listen. He heard them give me the run around time after time. They were telling me to call back because no one knows anything but this one guy but he is never in.
So luckly my detective saw i was getting scammed and the detective stated to all my customer to file chargebacks because i really dont have their money. Dont trust these guy, they seem real ligit but in the end they will screw you. Its been almost 3 weeks and still i have no idea why i didnt recieve funds or why they withdraw out of my account.
