I was contacted by Steve who said he had a buyer for my Timeshare and I only had to pay A Title Search Fee.
I gave him a credit card number and waited about a week.
When I called back I spoke to Jim Ryan who said he was handling my case now. And that it should only take a couple of months to sell my timeshare.
Since that last conversation several months ago, every time I call for Mr. Ryan he is either on the other line or not in.
I left several messages and never once got a return call.
I am filing complaints with the BBB and Attorny Generals Office and will not give up till I get my money back.
People like Mr. Ryan need to be shut down and their name smeared for the scams they pull.
