Ripoffs? No interest rate terrorists

These terrorists have raised the interest rate on my account balance from 20.99% to an unconceivable 26.99% all without an explaination. Is this legal? Can someone out there please answer this for me? Is there anything i can do?

I've tried to get an answer from c.C.B. But just get the run around or i'm told that they mailed me notification and gave me the opportunity to not accept the higher rates. What person in thier right mind would not respond to an act of terrorism like that. If i would have received a note like that i would have answered it immediatly and cancell the card right there and then

Someone must have an answer on how to put these thieves behind bars!
