Higher interest fees totaling over 29.99 percent plus $6.00 per month on top of these fees are allowed by the state of delaware. This is why Cross Country can get away with this. The state has no legislation pending to cap this criminal usury.
I was advised by the state of Delaware that the only way to stop this is through Federal Legislation. We must all contact our respective states Federal Lawmakers and demand to put a stop to unchecked interest rate changes in our accounts without federal authorization. A federal cap must be put in place or we are all in a lot more trouble than we can imagine.
