I have had problems with lauen before i e, slow to respond to an inquiry, unprofessional attitude and generally hostile responses. Now, i did the survey and the survey and the code she gave would not work, so i asked her to give the the right code. My first reply was on june 10. I have not heard from her since that date. I have written lauren, numerous times, but no response. I have had problems with her before; i had the audacity to ask her questions and i received a hostile reponse in return. I am tired of her attitude and i do not deserve it. I am taking chemotherapy again and i do not need the stress or her petty attitude towards me. I simply want my ten dollar coupon! I urge her or someone at lightspeed to state their case. My next step, will be the attorney generals office in new jersey.
