I was only credited for 225 points of the 750 owed to me. "Lauren" does not answer emails, ever

I have sent multiple emails to "lauren" who is the Administrator and have not gotten any response. My most recent complaint was sent on June 14. It is now June 21 and I am still waiting. My teenage daughter and I completed long surveys, totaling 750 points. I have only been credited for 225. I am going to try the telephone and see if that gets any response. I will keep you updated.
