I bought a step lift from Acorn Stair lifts. The chairlift needed fix. I called Acorn to determine who I ought to consider the seat to. They delivered me for their nearest seller in my experience that will be in Indiana (60 miles away). The fix manufactured many excursions, not able to repair the seat. He then got my seat to his store in Indiana. Their telephone number has become disconnected, and that I don't have my seat. I needed Acorn to deliver me a brand new seat, they might continue with gettting the previous chair back from THEIR SELLER. Acorn wouldn't support me by any means. Acorn desired me to invest another 2200.00 to buy another new seat from their website. Therefore today I'm caught attempting to find THEIR SELLER to obtain my seat back.
