I participate in the Lightspeed Panel Survey and have found, on two occasions, that I was not rewarded with points for taking a ten minute and a twenty minute survey respectively. I was supposed to receive 50 points and then 75 points on another occasion and it was never inserted into my account. I e-mailed this Lauren who is the site adminsitrator regarding this issue and have to receive a response and it has been three weeks. Points are used to redeem rewards and the rewards can range from anything: DVDs, bath & beauty products, PayPal, pet care products and more. However if they do not reward you your points it is, in effect, a rip-off. Be wary about participating in surveys with this company.
