I took and completed the Product Survey (Part 1) #17304 for 500 points which took over an hour to complete, and then was redirected to (Part 2) which also took well over an hour and promised 2000 points. It has been over two weeks now and I have not seen any points from these long surveys. I sent three support messages and I have gotten no response. Nearly 3 hours of my time and 2500 points is too much for me to simply ignore and let go to waste. I took the time and effort to honestly and thoroughly answer the badly formed and highly repetitive questions in these surveys, and if they cannot deliver on their promises then they should not be offering these high point surveys that do not deliver. I have taken many surveys from lightspeed panel and never had any problems until now, and I am deeply insulted that I take the valuable time out of my day to make them money only to have my emails entirely ignored.
