On June 5 we ate at Church's Chicken in Arlington, Tx. The receipt had a phone survey. After the survey is completed you get a code word. This is good for a free meal w/purchase within 30 days for original meal. We bought first meal June 5, completed survey June 5, tried to redemn coupon on June 26, and was told it was expired. I followed their rules, they don't follow their guidelines! Poor customer service. I emailed them and have had no response.
