In response to all the other ripped off report concerning blazing ebooks or also known as direct file access.
I received a full refund of my $29.99 us dollars and also the trial offer price of $4.95us dollars after several emails have not been answered even sending those cancellations to various email addresses such as [email protected];[email protected];directfileaccess.com; and billingcenteronline.com.
I used the phone number i had gotten from the billingcenteronline.com site. After entering this site there is no headings, information or anything, just a blank screen comes up asking to enter at LEAST 2 of the three categories below to lookup account info, i was lucky to have saved the info from my original email i received from them which had my order number listed. So i DID NOT enter my credit card info (so as to not make same mistake twice and give them opportunity to charge me again) i just entered my email address and my order number. upon cancelling several times, emailing several addresses to cancel, and after reading several rip off reports, i was afraid of being continuously billed for charges because the operate under many different account/names. So i tried the number located on the plain "so called cancellation page" billingcenteronline.com which was listed as 1-800-755-5909.
Yes i was hold for quite some time and for some people who do not have their order number even have the option of selecting a different option, but i entered order number and just decided to wait it out.
After about 18 minutes on hold, finally an operator answered and i demanded that my account be cancelled and refunded immediately, also mentioning that research online has shown they have ripped off several others and that we all were prepared to contact an atty, to demand full refunds and more. (stretched the truth a little but it worked.) she asked that i give her my credit card number used in the transaction and i told her she was nuts why would i fall for that again you have already proved to millions that that would cost me dearly.
She then said okay and used my email address and confirmed my full name, thats all she needed, again she stated that they were not operating as blazzing ebooks, would not give me her company/business name that she was with, just stated that they were the billing/cancellation company that deals with various sites. (wish i new who all those sites were) and no it was not clickbank either so who knows. Anyway she said i would receive a full refund and even refunded my trial price of $4.95 also because of my troubles.
I asked her her name since she would not release what company this was that did billing (not [email protected]) i got her name a confirmation number and exact amount that will be refunded in 7-10 days and had her send me an email while i was on phone with her so that i knew that the email address came from a legit location (i know that would prove anything but it would give me at least another email address to harass if i was not refunded).
I am expecting refund, but it has only been one day so far but i wanted to let the others know that i was able to talk with a live person who did say i would receive a refund immediately. (my access to directfileaccess.com would be suspended until i signed up for membership again, HA!) the site never worked for me either as stated in other reports. So maybe if you have plenty of time and are prepared to "hold for the next available operator" this will help in receiving the refund that i know everyone is entitled to by being scammed with this supposedly trial offer that ends up costing quite a lot of turmoil.
