I also was overcharged by billinghlp.com/Fullreleases. There was only supposed to be a one-time fee of $4.95 USD, but they sent me the below email saying that I had selected to be charged recurrently for $29.95 USD and then offered no way to cancel except with instructions that I couldn't comply with. There was no way for me to make use of their instructions because they had NEVER give me an order number, nor did I want to give them my credit card information again. I had to cancel my credit card so that they would stop billing me. Do not use their services!!! See below:

4. Once your order information page appears, press "Cancel Order" in "Order Status" area
5. View drop-down menu on next page to select the reason of your subscription termination
6. Please carefully check entered information. Click "Cancel Order" to continue or "Back" to return to the previous page and change information details.
7. The page will appear to notify you about your order cancellation confirmation.
