Took $395.00 for new business then filed bankruptcy 3 weeks late

I answered an ad because I was out of work and the seminar sounded really good!

Then, I go to work after paying $395.00 that I had to borrow from my mother, and I find out that i don't get leads until I make a sale.in order to make a sale I have to place ads and wait.

So I wait and wait and wait, I get 1 phone call from my ad, but this is 3 weeks after i paid my $395.00 and by this time I find out that the company is going bankrupt! So I contact the lawyer and he will not return my phone calls. So now I am out the money and going under quickly
