Broke Into My Home... And I Only Was 2 Months Behind On My Payments! Only 2 months in default, and they changed the locks and cut off the key pad to my garage~

My husband and I are a young couple with a 1 year old, we bought our very first home 2 years ago when the market was HOT. We have become another victim to the foreclosure population due to our loan officer lying... We knew our loan was going to fluctuate at the end of this year, what we didnt know was that it was going to balloon out of control. (His lies are another story) Due to hard ship and personal reasons, not to mention the crappy market and economy... We decided that our only choice was to foreclose.

We made our last house payment in April. We moved our things out and moved into an apartment on the 15th of April... Since we did not have the money, we decided to leave our 1973 Mach 1 Ford mustang (that has been unrunning for 8 years) in the garage... Since we thought we had at least 90 day to get it out...

Now its July and we have found a place to store our unmoving vehicle... When we got to our house, we see that the locks have been removed from the security door and the locks have been changed on our door... And they took bolt cutters to our garage door key pad and put theirs onto it... Mind you it has only been 2 1/2 months... There were no notices of eviction on the door. We had not recieved anything in the mail indicating that they were seizing the house or starting the foreclosure process...

We finally get our garage door open and we see that the SPS A-holes took the registration out of the mustang... And placed it on the roof of the car.By that time my neighbors came over and said that they were taking pictures of our mustang and the registration papers...

In the state of California, it is illegal to put a lien on someone's vehical, and it is a little illegal to change the locks on someone's house that it still legally theirs!!! Has this happened to anyone? I know that the house looked abandoned... But we still had some belongings in there... How did they not know that we were not trying to save money to get cought up???
