Collected payment thru Pay Pal and did not ship product to 4 people that I know of

Ordered Starbucks Matcha Green Tea Powder from an Ebay seller and paid through Pay Pal; seller never delivered product.

Sold it to more than one person and they also did not receive product.

Seller also sold a computer component to at least two people and collected the funds and didn't ship to either.

Anyone knowing Gerald Fergerson of Racine, WI, I'd love to hear from you.
