Counrtywide has been trying to take my house since January. They have added a $3500.00 insurance policy to my account, stating I do not have insurance on my house, then when you prove them wrong they state you do not have enough insurance.
They have sent a person around to spy on me and question my neighbors about me. They have broken into my house two times and done damage then changed the locks. They have call my local police station and lied about my house being in foreclosure, after I have paid them. Countrywide has been harassing me for almost six months and damaging my house without anything being done to them. I have gone to my local police, State Attornys office, DA, even the county clerk to see if they filed any type of Lien or Les Pendence but there is nothing.
They have broken into my house twice after I have left, I come home and I can't get into my house. Nobody will help and I'm getting tired of buying New locks. They always wait until I go t work to do this. They also have imposed a $2.00 fee on my automatic payment for not paying my mortage by the 10th but before the 15th. This is a pre-late fee that they made up and are generating millions of money each month from people. They are making up new rules to save their bankrupt company. When you call them (if you can get through and if when you get throught you are willing to wait 40-60 minutes on line) you get a person in Pakestan that reads from a written form and doesn't speak english, only whats written in front of them.
If there is anybody out there that would like to help me file a CIVIL suit against them for the illegal practices that they are doing please contact me. I have had enough of their intimidation practices.
Countrywide is doing some pretty wild things and getting away with them. They are forcing people into foreclosure and Bankruptcy. Lets get together and stop this.
