On July 8th my son's car was stolen (with the house keys). I didn't feel safe to sleep that night with someone having access to my house (the car was stolen on the street infront of my house so the person knew my house). It was late at around 9:30 so I called 411 and got Dependable Lock Inc. Number called them and got a technician who didn't know what he was doing. After many trial and errors he left but the the door was not closed all the way. This meant that I was losing energy as the door was not fully closed. He nearly broke my door trying to fix the lock. I wasn't able to lock or open my door with the keys that he provided. I was charged $470.00 in full. I was fully ripped off and the problem was not solved. I have tried calling the company many times only to be put on hold for hours and finally not talking to me at all. I am so frustrated. I can't get anyone to come to replace my lock. I am entering and exiting through the garage door and even welcoming visitors through the garage door as the front door if opened will not close easily. I don't feel safe as the door is not fully closed. Please help me take this robbers to court and get my money back. So that i can get a new lock (which will actually work) on my door.
