I am writing about a company called Ivory white. I signed up for a free trial of the tooth whiteing product that was advertised on a survey site.in the trial offer it was stated that I would pay the shipping charge of $4.87. And then if I was not happy with the product I would be able to cancel and send any of the unused portion back to the company. I received the package on the 27th of June I had until July 4th to cancel my order. I cancelled on the 27th the same day I received the package, I did not open the package.
I called the company and sent the package back with the rma number properly written on the outside. I assumed that everything was fine being that I sent the package atleast 10 days before it was due. It was due on the 12th of July, a saturday.
I was checking my bank balance and noticed that Ivory white is now trying to debit my account for $78.41. I called the company to find out why my account was being charged they then informed me that they did not receive my package until the 14th. It is now the 18th of July.
I will be disputing this charge with my bank and I will also be requesting documentation as to the package not getting to thier office until the 14th.
