Offered free subscriptions for magazines and free gifts through an ad on the internet. Only charge was for shipping and handling of free gifts. Stupidly gave them debit card number. Started charging debit card for renewal of subscriptions without giving me an opportunity to decline them.
Have been returning magazines to publisher but they persist in sending us magazines and charging the debit card. Have requested refund of money but publishers say they are not responsible for this because the subscriptions are handled by a processing center.
I just found a card with the name and address for these ripoff artists. I do not want anything further to do with this company but do not know how to get it stopped.
I don't know where else to turn because our banking firm said they cannot do anything about it.
