It's the classic "gotcha" scam on returns that this company seems to make their money off of unsuspecting consumers.
I've already contacted my credit card comapny to refute the charge of $78.41 and I have sent the entire product, including their "free" trial portion back to their Return Department. I have the mailing tracked through USPS so they can not claim they never received the package.
All I got from their "Customer Service Department" was a series of "I'm sorry, but there is nothing I can do for you" and when I told them that I never received a confirmation number when I cancelled the program, again I got the round about way of them saying "Gotcha".
When I asked for a manager, I was told they couldn't put me on hold and I may have to wait as much as an hour to get a call back from a manager. I wonder why? We're other satisfied customers calling to sing the praises of this company.
Don't fall for this, especially if you're thinking you'll get a free Visa Gift Card or free any thing. It's a three card monte that you're walking into.
