I saw a advertisement in my email from Walmart about getting $1,000 value of free things, so i chose one of the free products which was knockout white teeth package. When I filled out the application for the free trial, it asked me to put in my card information. But later when i saw you'll be charged if you are willing to continue to receive the product, I chose not to continue.
So i got the free trial, but I didn't try it. It looks complicated with the trays and pens. Besides, the mailperson damaged the flag on our mailbox when he tried to squeeze in the package. It took me money and time to fix it later. I almost forgot about that stuff. But later, I received a second package, and I called the customer service and knew that money has been taken from my visa card. I said I chose not to receive it again, why they still sent me the package. They said you had to cancel your account, but i couldn't find where to cancel it just like I couldn't find where to claim for the refund. The representative cancelled my account for me over the phone, and sent me an email with the link of claiming the refund, but when I clicked on it, it was to get started the membership of freeshipping. I am freaked out of all these free stuff now.
So I sent back my second package with the RMA number which was given to me in the email. Today I called the customer service to tell them about that and also wanted to ask if I still have to claim for the refund from the link they gave me. To my surprise, the representative told me that the company I'm calling is not Knockout White, but Hydrate (sound like) company, but the number I'm using is from the email of thhe Knockout White customer service. That is very strange. So now, I can't even get any person from their company to talk to.
