Consumer Credit Services aka CCS aka Credit Service Division aka First National Credit
Ripoff Consumer fraud

I signed up with this company in the hopes of trying to re-establish my credit history. I paid all the necessary fees and such in hopes of getting a Gold Credit card with the Master Card logo. What I was sent was a gold card with the only option of buying products from thier products listed in a catalog (A bunch of Crap products). I never bought nothing from them.in March of this year I decided to cancel my memebership with thie company because I was dissatisfied with the products. But I was convinced to stay on until my memebership came up for renewal and to cancel then. On Nov, 19 I proceed to call CCS and cancel my memebership with them. They verfied who I was and processed my cancelation with the knowledge I had to send either a letter or a Fax stating that I no longer wanted their services. I attempted several times between Nov, 19 to Nov, 30 to fax the letter stating I wanted to cancel. Upon getting no response on a fax I called customer services and complained that I could not send a fax, of which I was refered to the Benfits dept of this comapany. After complaining to both of them and finally getting a fax number that worked I sent the fax. 2 days after I had sent the fax my bank account was charged for another years of service of which I had already had canceled. I have made numerous phone calls and have been told repeatly that the fee's would not be refundable to me. Now my account is 255 dollars over drawn because of their attempts to claim money that was not rightfully theirs.
