Ripoff Fraudulent billing

I owe them $ and NEVER bought anything rip-offs

They have sent me a bill for $283.80 and are asking to be paid $149.85 as a min payment. I NEVER bought the first thing from them so why pay? Now they are saying if i dont i will have bad credit Stay away from these rip offs and any help would be nice
