After returning products before the 30 day trial period
Ordered Slim Patch 8/30. Product arrived 9/27/02. Returned products before 30-day trial period 10/19/02 Saturday. Called Tree House Marketing the week before to let them know that I was returning the product and they gave me instructions. That following Monday 10/22/02 they took $399.95 out of my checking account after I specifically informed them that the products were being returned.
Now they're telling me that I am not qualified for the refund since I ordered the products 8/30 and returned them 10/22/02.
