In december i purchase att yahoo internet with the dsl modem with the equiment rebate of$49.99 it is june and i still have not received the rebate check i tried to log on the att rebate enter.com the wed site is down and the phone number is un working in march i sent acopy of the rebate form with my internent phone bill HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ATT.
Its now june i still have not heard from att so the next step i filed a complaint to counsumer protection kansas attorney general office i have not heard from them yet i have a friend she got att dsl in oct it took her over 8 mounths of complaning to get the rebate check.
So att rebates are lies
the us goverment needs to look into att rebates programs
for consumer protection to make sure att is obeying by the law
