I recived a letter and check for 4875.00 to pay taxes on a lotto winnings of 12500.00. It seems to me that is not enough to cover tax in nc thay take about 1/3 of winnings. So this is a scam i will keep letter and check if some one needs it to help lock these people up for froud.
