Tried to convince me of big winnings dublin

Had received letter that i have won a lotto in ireland. A check for $3657.40 was in letter. I called them and they tell me to cash check and send to them to pay the sponsors and than they would mail memy big winnings $169,750.00 did not cash check but reported to us postal inspection services
